New Orleans, United States
Out of witty banter and heartwarming stories from Net2NO's infancy, I have nothing with which to distract you from the conspicuous lack of a meetup topic. So, let's cut to the chase: Net2NO December Meetup - Topic TBA. (Sorry, Larimer.) Check back soon for details! Or, better yet, just wait for an email. We'll let you know the MOMENT December details have been confirmed. (P.S. Can you believe it's almost 2010? Crazy... There, that should occupy you for a while: 2010. Just think.

Net2NO November Meetup: The Return
Wed, 4 Nov 2009, 00:00 - 02:00 in New Orleans, United States
Funny to think that this time last year, Net2NO hadn't even reached triple digits yet. We were neck-and-neck with Austin, and it was around this time that we outgrew them; right before we beat Raleigh, Damien's as-yet-inexplicable arch-nemesis. In fact, November 2008 was kind of a big month for us, when you think about it. On November 21st, we made 100 members. w00t! By the first of December we had 106, with a solid lead on Raleigh, Austin, and our next target (Atlanta) was well within sight.

Net2NO October Meetup: The Sequel
6-7 Oct 2009 in New Orleans, United States
Last year, we heard from filmmaker Benjamin Reece who led a lively discussion on the topic of web video, as we tried to determine what, exactly, causes something to go viral. What does this have to do with the October, 2009 Net2NO meetup? Absolutely nothing. But, why not take a moment to reflect on the past as your faithful co-organizers work diligently to coordinate an awesome topic for October? You'll be the first to know when details for October are available.

The First Annual Netty Awards - Happy Birthday Net2NO!
4-5 Aug 2009 in New Orleans, United States
Way back in August of 2008 the"founding members" of Net2NO met at Bar Uncommon to figure out what the hell Net2NO was going to be. This month, we celebrate the one year anniversary of that historic event. Some fun awards will be given out and awkward acceptance speeches drunkenly slurred, but all will be winners as we wish Net2NO a happy birthday and salute to many more!

Net2NO MiniBar - Take that Tales of the Cocktale!
7-8 Jul 2009 in New Orleans, United States
Minibars are magical machines that produce $13 bottles of beer and individually wrapped cashews. They are also Net2NO's version of Barcamp Nola, which will be coming to you live July 18th-19th and Launchpad. But until then, join us tomorrow as we get a special sneak preview of what Matt Tritico and the gang have in store. We will also be joined by Liz Dunnebacke of NOVAC who will bring us up to date on some of the amazing developments at the New Orleans Video Access Center.
