  Holiday Party and Mandy's B-Day!

  Hey Everyone, So I made a poll about having another party at my house and no one disagreed so here it is. :) This party of course has a theme. You MUST come in either a ugly holiday/cosby sweater(salvation army) or some kind of Christmas costume. It's also my birthday coming up- on the 15th of Dec I'll be 23! yay! (you don't have to bring me anything, not that I'll complain if you do.

  OK, guys so we got to thinking about what the next AWESOME meetup was going to be all about and recently we had heard about this cool new experience called “Dining in the Dark.” Check out a great article about it here. We were unsure if there were any places that did this in Houston and since we do a lot of meetup’s that revolve around eating out already, we thought we would try eating in this time… in the dark.

  Hey Everyone! Halloween is our favorite Holiday so we are going to be having a costume party! We deck our house pretty Awesome too! • Zombieland Movie and Zombie Walk

  Ok so this awesome Zombie Land Movie is coming out- search it to see the trailer! All year I have planning on trying to get a zombie walk together to bring in October (which is equivalent to x-mas for us) If you don't know what a Zombie walk is..... People dress up like zombies and invade a public area w/ lots of people and basically freak them out by walking around and acting like real zombies for a set period of time and then just leaving.

  Hey everyone, this movie sounds AWESOME. Website- It was released in 2006 but not released in the US until now. It has a huge cult following and a 90% rating on rotten tomatoes! It supposed to be amazing and really scary! Supposedly some people had to leave the theatre it was so SCARY! :) Can't wait! I advise you purchase your tickets ahead of time. It's at the Dunvale Amc theatre.

• Sony SPONSORED Zombie Walk! At Rice

• Buffy Musical Sing-A-Long @ Discovery Green

• Free Museum Day and Dinner after!

  This coming Saturday is free Houston Museum day. You can catch a shuttle to any museum and the admission to the museums are FREE! Feel free to read more about it HERE. There are 17 museums that are waiving their fees! It is from 10 am to 5pm. We plan to do dinner at 6pm at Bodega's Taco shop in the Museum district. A place that has a full bar and is similar to Chipotle or Freebirds. (Yum!) They also have a HUGE patio and the inside is supposed to be pretty large also.

  Hey Everyone, we would really like to have a BIG cookout and try to get everyone to be able to come. We are planning it way in advance in order to let everyone clear their schedules! We are thinking a burgers and snacks kind of thing. (Maybe some chicken wings!) basic cookout fare. A relaxing hang out kind of deal mid-summer. Maybe followed by a cult classic, Army of darkness or Shawn of the dead, something of that nature. Hope you can all come!
