Why I decided to start this group - I have been travelling to Jacksonville and see great potential for Lean and Agile to flourish in this beautiful city. The people are great and so far the Lean and Agile Story at Jacksonville is inspiring.
The purpose of this group - Build a community of learners who would like to share experiences. My personal goal is to help clarify The Philosophy of Process Improvement.
Who should join this group - Leaders, Followers and Team!!! Anyone and everyone that would like to use Lean and Agile for process improvement. I would like to encourage process enthusiasts from other style (Six Sigma, CMMI, Scrum, XP, Waterfall, RUP) also to join in and share their experiences.
Just don't come alone - bring your leaders and business sponsors or IT partners. (You cant do process improvement by yourself!!)
