Android is gaining traction fast. Gartner predicts that Android will surpass iPhone by 2012. This group is for Android enthusiast, developers and entrepreneurs. Even if you are new to Android and want to know what all the buzz is about you are welcome. We will meet once a month to listen to gust speakersÂ’ talk about various topics related to Android and then network and socialize.

    Well known author, speaker, and trainer on Android, Mark Murphy has gracious agreed to do this presentation for us.Presentation AbstractThere is plenty of money to be made in mobile, particularly with Android. However, the conventional ways of making money have one big problem they're conventional, and hence overcrowded. Trying to sell individual app's to individual users is a tough row to hoe in an Android Market with tens of thousands of app's.
