We will meet regularly to explore the use of .NET for building mobile applications. We will focus on multi-platform mobile development, including MonoTouch, Mono for Android, Windows Phone, Windows 8 and ASP.NET. This group is targeted at all skill levels, from beginners to experts in .NET looking to explore the mobile space and reuse your existing knowledge. We will have a mixture of presentations, discussions and demos with plenty of opportunities to get to know each other.

MonoTouch allows developers to create C# and .NET based applications that run on Apple's iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch devices, while taking advantage of the iOS APIs and reusing both code and libraries that have been built for .NET, as well as existing skills.
