Electronic forms - everyone wants them but no one wants to make them. Many organizations think the only option is to use InfoPath, Nintex Forms, or other third-party products and wonder if there is an easier solution. The answer is yes! With out-of-the-box features, developers and users alike familiar with SharePoint can create custom forms. Explore and learn the basic components of the SharePoint's underrated custom list. This session will cover construction and configuration of a custom list, including creating columns, exploring data types, managing views, and much more. We?ll walk you through creating a simple form and you?ll be able to take that knowledge and create a variety of forms for just about every need. Don't miss out!
Deanna's Bio:
Deana Searcy is SharePoint Developer and Administrator. The IT field was never in the plan: she earned a BA in Psychology in 2006, and went back to school in 2009 for Nursing. But it was a 'data entry specialist' job that led to discovery of the wonderful, although occasionally frustrating world of web development and she's never looked back (much). You can email her at: [email protected]
Doors open at 6pm.
We have food and soft drinks available.
There is no entry fee or cost for food.
