  i want to pass SMS to group of persons at a time. How to using VB.Net?

  You should be able to do this the same way you'd send an email (at least that's how I did it when I set up an application to send out SMSes).  Check for what the cell phone provider's mail domain is.  Usually, it is <cellnumber>@cellprovider.com.  If you do a simple google search for sending SMS through the cellphone provider it should be return the results you want.
