The future of browsers, the future of the Web
In mid-June, Opera Software unveiled a new technology/feature called Opera Unite, which boldy promised to "reinvent the Web". Lawrence Eng, a product analyst for Opera and member of RefreshSD, got to share Opera's vision for Opera Unite in a heavily-cited blog post:

In our Refresh meeting for August, Lawrence will demo Opera Unite, explain what it's all about, and discuss what it might mean for the future of browsers and the Web itself. More than just a talk about Opera, Lawrence will facilitate a group discussion regarding what you think the future of browsers and the Web ought to be and why.
