The Baltimore SharePoint User's Group is rolling full steam ahead as we welcome i3 Solutions' VP of Delivery Services Juan Santiago to present a much needed topic that will appeal to our core attendees:

Creating Business Processes in SharePoint.

This session is geared towards: Management, Designers, and End Users but all seeking to learn more about SharePoint are welcome to attend.

· Workflow Vs. Business Processes

· The 4 Steps of Business Process Mapping

· Techniques on transforming Business Process to SharePoint Features and Functions

· Introduction to a system to Map, Analyze and Document your process for use in SharePoint

About our Guest Speaker: Juan Santiago is a Project Manager and Business Analyst who has facilitated the implementation and user adoption of a number of SharePoint solutions. Mr. Santiago’s SharePoint knowledge and experience consulting for both government and private sector clients have been critical in the success of several implementations. He has conducted end user and content manager training on basic SharePoint and customized solutions as well as providing direct content migration and management support for clients at the National Education Association (NEA), American Institute for Research (AIR), and Beers and Cutler.
