We are going to hold an organizers meeting this Saturday afternoon. Probably in the upstairs room.
Any assistant organizers are encouraged to attend. Or anyone who is interested as well.
We will try to make it a short meeting but there are some urgent issues we need to talk over and get some planning going for the next few Months.
