After a long period of dormancy, I'm looking again at whether or not it would be good to bring
this group back alive.
At this point, I want to begin by having a broad discussion on some or all of these topics -
* What's the central purpose of this group?

* Discuss how to best balance the time needed to gain new proficiencies against
using existing abilities to meet the clients needs on an on-going basis.

* Do schools do an adequate job to re-tool the non-agile developer
to become an agile developer?

* Talk generally about the problem of identifying the specific technologies
and methods that the group will practice.

* Talk about the need to enlist the services of an expert 'team mentor'.

If you would like to discuss these or related topics, I hope that you
can come to the meeting.
