About the Talk
Join Anthony as he takes you on a guided journey through the wonderful landscape of YUI 3 through a series of a few steps. Start with a broad overview of how to explore the DOM with Simple YUI. Next discover the power of events and how to use them based on user interaction. Finally take a look at different methods of getting YUI onto your web page and how to use any of the hundreds of core and gallery modules in your application.
About Anthony
Anthony has been involved in the web industry since 1998, back in the dark ages of web site development. His first pages were littered with animated GIFs and nested tables. He has experimented with almost every language he was able to get his hands on and decided to spend a majority of his time in PHP, ActionScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. He is recognized as the top single contributor in the YUI Gallery and was requested to speak on Plugin and Widget development at YUIConf 2010.
