APN Preso: People and their Interactions over Processes and Tools - yes, really! - Wellington, New Zealand
happened 9 years ago
Organised by AgileWelly
For the last 10 years, much of the agile community has got the first point of the Manifesto round the wrong way. We keep talking, talking, and talking, about processes and tools. As Manifesto signatory James Coplien recently complained, "We have test scripts and jUnit trumping individuals and interactions". That's just so wrong!Think about all the times when interaction is an issue: technical people in design meetings, selling agile projects to customers, encouraging real collaboration.
