slightly bizzarre phone app needed!

Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to program a phone to do the following: when a number is entered and the "send" button pressed (and the number entered is displayed on the screen), a different (previously chosen) number is actually dialled. I'm no developer (obviously!). Is this easily do-able? I'd be really grateful for any suggestions.
