TextWidth/TextHeight and wordWrap

    could somebody please give me an example of how to use the textheight/textwidth functions (i don't know their names) of fontmetrics and the wordWrap of a String. i know stringWidth and ? stringHeight as well as getHeight and ? getWidth but not really how to use them.
