Dynamically Bulid Java script menu

  Hello

  I have a database which contains 2 tables categories and subcategories, i want to load them from the databse and allow the client to select on subcategory, so i needed i menu which display categories and the subcat. as sub menu of categories, so can any one pass me a tutorial to how to dynamically bulid such menu?
