Select control with user input enable

  Hi dear

     I need to create the control at run time (same as asp.net dropdown list) but server control can not create at run time. client control  prompt the user with a html select control so that he can select

     any of item given in the control and can also input other value that is not given there

     tell me the to achive this funcionality so that it work like dropdown.
