  Hi anyone !
  pls try to deal my problem.
  
  my administrator , he don't 1 me to use internet ,he always Detach
  network cable from HUB to router.
  
  hey now i want to write a program to Recognize that internet connection state is Ok or not ,what should i do ?
  
  i have download sample about check internet connection status from Planet , codeproject , developerfusion but i can't recognize it ,
  however my admin detach network cable from HUB to router its status is still good or True .
