.EXE installer that connects to website to download files?

  Hi everyone,

  I am trying to find an software installer program that can assist me in the following:

  1) Open up the welcome dialog 2) Setup Directory to store files 3) Download files from a website (.zip) 4) Self-extract to Directory 5) Launch Web-Site page.

  Can anyone help me out?
