I would suggest this book for someone who has slight knowledge of how a web page works. I suggest the person have a basic knowledge of a computer, like how to save, save as, open files in Notebook and a Web browser, etc. This is just the tip of the iceberg for basic HTML and JavaScript, but creates a good foundation if you wish to pursue further.
