Coupled with Colin Moock's Lost ActionScript 3.0 Weekend Course 1 DVD, I cannot stress enough how incredibly useful this program was. It's a lot to take in, but the information is just put so plainly...man, it's just awesome. I say get both Course 1 & 2 if you're even remotely considering it.
I came from a background of practically zero actionscript knowledge and now I feel I have such a foothold on the material that I can really start getting into the meat of Actionscript 3.0.
Seriously, get it when you can.
