IMHO this book has many real cases to follow when your are wishing to deploy Hyper-V. It begins with an introductory chapters and include many things about W2K8 R2 directly from the source. An excellent book if you want to start with Microsoft's virtualization and to realize that it's amazing how simple things could be.
