I think Amazon should have it listed clearly that the book is not for end users but for developers. It says so on the book preface but nothing on the website gave this indication.

Very handy for functional and semi-technical users
Good examples on workflows and plug-ins and security model
Pretty much whole nine yards about the product

I purchased the book thinking it'd be a good one-stop-shop to get me started on my CRM 4 implementation. I was a little disappointed that the book was geared more heavily towards modifications and than the initial implementation. The content that they do have is very informative and I'll get good use out of it so that's why I've chosen to give the book 4 stars but I would have liked to have seen more examples about how to implement CRM (with and without modifications) in a practical and efficient manner.
