Bad news. Good news. Due to work demands, Benjamin Mitchell can't make this meetup. But we're very lucky to have Chris Matts stepping
in. Like Benjamin, Chris has Lean experience in the high-pressure
investment banking environment - including work in strategy and as a
practitioner. He is a thought leader behind Feature Injection, an
Agile form of business analysis, and his other specialist areas are
Real Options, IT risk management, and business value analysis.

At the meetup, he'll teach us about Feature Injection - and get us
playing some Lean games which will give us a better understanding of:
* how push and pull work in Lean systems
* "Break The Model" - how to initially model products to flush out deeper customer understanding.

We'll follow this with the Gaps In Lean Startup peer-support session.
This is going to be a very hands-on meetup!

This meetup is based on Eewei's suggestion (He's a sharp designer who's also part of the Agile UX community):

"I am interested in hearing about personal start up experiences and discussing the 'lows' and 'not to be repeated' methods and mistakes. I would like to then evolve the discussions to incorporate what was done to remedy lessons learnt in future experiences that lead to success."
