Setting up Nginx, PHP and HAProxy

This will not be as long as last one. Hopefully we can wrap up the demo itself within 30 minutes and move on to Q&A.

We will be using Ubuntu Server 10.04.2 64-bit for this presentation. Our setup will consist of 2 web servers running Nginx and a single HAProxy server instance. We will not cover HAProxy high availability setup as it's a trivial IP failover that can be achieved through heartbeat or UCARP.
