We will discuss the Agile Extensions to the BA Body of Knowledge (BABOK). This document is the key reference for professionals doing business analysis activities. What is Agile 101? What is core old BABOK knowledge? What is new agile spins to the skills of the BA in an agile environment? This is useful for both project managers and business analysts as there can often be overlap.
Bill has been parsing through the 115 page document and will summarize his thoughts, as well as facilitate a discussion on your views.
