Because of the success of the first Other People's Code event held at UC Berkeley we are having a second event around the same topic.

We are pleased to announce that Github and Piston Cloud will be participating as well as the Open Stack community among others.

What's new in the Java Git ecosystem?

An overview of the latest features of JGit, the Java implementation of Git, will be presented as well as a demonstration of projects building on top of JGit such as EGit, the Eclipse plugin for Git. Also discussed will the JGit's support for storing Git repositories in distributed filesystems and hashtables.
