Pat Grismore will do an introductory presentation on the Amahi LinuxServer.  Discuss its general uses, as well as, how it can benefit small businesses and developers.  He will also do a live demo of the VPN feature of Amahi and answer any questions.

There are a myriad of apps that are packaged for one-click install on Amahi platform including the big three CMS's: Wordpress,Joomla, and Drupal.  Several Wiki's, an assortment of CRM, ERP,Groupware, Accounting, IT Asset management are also available.

Bio:
Pat Grismore worked in Network Support for a large Communications company for the last several years.  He is now looking to expand into Network Administration and Web Development.  He has been using Linux off and on since the mid 90's and discovered Amahi in 2008 when searching for a home server solution.  He was invited to join the Amahi Core Team in 2009, assisting with Marketing, App testing and community support in the IRC channel and forums.  He has lived in the Dayton area for 5 years with his lovely wife June, a dog and cat.
