What can I expect from this meet up?
Agile Leadership and which styles of leadership are best suited to Agile projects. Leadership is all about synergy, while management is about control. To manage an Agile project, one needs both leadership and management skills to bring about the expected change and business benefit. But what leadership style works best for an Agile environment? How has leadership adapted to projects being run in an Agile way? And what challenges do Agile projects bring to traditional leadership?

Dot is a founder and Technical Director of TCC Limited http://www.tcc-net.com/), a company which specialises in improving the way organisations manage projects and achieve successful business change. She is a board member of the DSDM Consortium (http://www.dsdm.org/dsdm-atern) with responsibilities for the development and continual improvement of the method and for professional development qualifications. Dot was one of the ?gang of four? who authored DSDM Atern, the Agile Project Management Framework. She worked with the DSDM Consortium and Agile Project Leadership Network (an overlapping organisation with the Agile Alliance) to develop the world?s first Agile Leadership qualifications.
