She is a board member of the DSDM Consortium (http://www.dsdm.org/dsdm-atern) with responsibilities for the development and continual improvement of the method and for professional development qualifications. Dot was one of the ?gang of four? who authored DSDM Atern, the Agile Project Management Framework. She worked with the DSDM Consortium and Agile Project Leadership Network (an overlapping organisation with the Agile Alliance) to develop the world?s first Agile Leadership qualifications.
