The Flash/Flex Meetup Group is dead! Maybe not dead, but it is definitely chained to a slowly sinking ship and needs a new name.
Over the past handful of years since we have been getting together, the topics of conversation have been everything from design to technology to art to gaming and everything in between. Only a small portion of that was dedicated to Flash or Flex specifically. We have a great group of technologists, designers, and artists and I personally have enjoyed the wide range of conversations and getting to know a good number of like, and non-like, minded people in our community. So, lets get together and decide on a new name for the group that is a bit less specific and more indicative of what it has become.
Come on by Thursday, the 31st for some food, drinks, and lots of 80s arcade games to catch up and see how everyone has been doing since our last get together.
