Webinar 2: Managing Content & Maximizing Search. Friday, November 2, 2012, noon-1pm EST Presenter: Patrick Tucker

The session will focus on the role of content types, document metadata and SharePoint’s Managed Metadata Taxonomy Store. Content types help to consistently identify data that should be associated with documents apart from their content. This metadata can then be used for tracking and searching documents. Consistent tagging can be implemented by using taxonomy terms which can be specifically exposed to Search to consolidate the location and presentation of documents in a single source.

Note: This webinar is part of complimentary 3-part Series: Unleash the Power of SharePoint for Customer Collaboration, Content Management, and BI. Join Strategic Data Systems Custom SharePoint Solutions in this unique series to learn how to leverage SharePoint in building a comprehensive business solution.
