Member Showcase, Logo Contest, Raffle Time, and 2013 Meeting Topics

OC Flash Interactive - Tuesday, December 4th

Thank you to all that participated in our November OC Flash Interactive meeting. We enjoyed presentations by Jeff Gomes and Linda Lee, discussed the logo contest, and agreed on meeting dates for 2013.

Our upcoming agenda will include member showcase time, voting on our new logo, determining 2013 meeting topics, and holding our semi-annual Adobe raffle. We will cover:

  • Member showcase, featuring tips, tricks, tutorials, projects, and more. Each presenter will have up to 10 minutes to showcase their works and/or resources.
  • Reviewing and voting on our new OC Flash Interactive logo, with the winner getting 10 raffle tickets and promotional consideration and the runner up getting a book from our collection generously provided by Focal Press, Manning Publications, and Peachpit.
  • Discuss topics for our meetings in 2013.
  • Hold our semi-annual raffle for an Adobe software bundle (limit $2100 MRSP), books, and other fun stuff!
  • We will also continue with our tradition of sharing announcements and opening up the meeting to member sharing of tips and tricks, job opportunities, and requests for group assistance.

How can YOU make this meeting a success? YOU can:

  • YOU can let us know if you want to be part of the member showcase
  • YOU can provide your logo contest entries prior to the meeting (jpg or eps format)
  • YOU can bring your ideas for upcoming meeting topics
  • YOU can come prepared to share any information you have about jobs, tips, resources, and/or need for the group to help you on an effort
  • YOU can reply indicating will be attending the meeting (for food, of course!). If you would like to attend the meeting remotely via Adobe Connect, please contact Jeff Gomes via email for access information.

We look forward to seeing YOU on December 4th!

~ Jeff & Caprice, OC Flash Interactive Managers
