Tulsa SQL President Jeremy Marx presents "Are You Reading Between the Lines?"

We'll focus on Isolation Levels and how they affect concurrency (multiple transactions accessing shared data simultaneously) as well as the consistency (read data remaining the same throughout the transaction) of the data you read and write. You'll leave with a better understanding of the trade-offs between guaranteed consistency and complete concurrency, what phenomena to look for in the middle, how to navigate it all, and why you probably shouldn't.
