Open Mike This is your opportunity to ask questions, get help fixing problems, show your code to the group to get feedback. We've got lots of experience in the room, so this is the place to get real answers.

Presentation Abstract Rails' database migration capabilities and rapid admin UI development make it a great way to tie multi-platform development projects together. This talk will discuss some of the opportunities and difficulties regarding coordinating all database changes, working with SqlServer, build environments on both Linux and Windows, and fighting religious battles.

Bio Mike has 4 years experience with Rails on social networking projects and content management projects. He is currently working for FirstPaper, Inc in Palo Alto on electronic media distribution.
