Information Architecture & Usability Training Day

Training Schedule

* 10:30-11:00 Welcome/Coffee
* 11:00-13:00 Session #1
* 13:00-14:00 Lunch Break
* 14:00-16:00 Session #2
* 16:00-16:30: Q&A + Coffee
* 16:30 End

Session 1 will cover key concepts in Information Architecture/User Experience, including;

* User/Customer Journeys
* Sitemaps (2D + 3D)
* Wireframes (Lo-fi + Hi-fi)

Session 2 will cover Account Manager/Project Manager Specifics; such as

* Using IA as a selling tool
* Using IA to brief resources
* Using IA to control scope
* Using IA for testing

Delegates will receive stationery, a copy of the Presentation Slides (on CD + Print Notes) and example IA outputs for reference.

Up to 14 days before the course we will refund 50% of the fee. Thereafter no refunds apply. Alternatively, suitable substitute delegates may attend the course.
