Senior .NET Developer

Governor Technology (www.governor.co.uk) is an established software development company with an expanding blue-chip client base.

We specialise in building database-driven web applications, content management and systems integration, and require an experienced web developer to be part of our technical team. This role offers an opportunity for the right person to swiftly become an important part of a growing business and ultimately, to help shape its future direction.

Applicants should have relevant academic qualifications and excellent hands-on skills in designing, building and enhancing web applications using asp.net and SQL Server. We prefer candidates to be comfortable with C#, and .NET 3.5. A sound understanding of object-oriented programming principles, knowledge of XML and awareness of W3C standards is expected. Exposure to content management systems and Microsoft products such as SharePoint will be an advantage.

Equally important for this role is a professional attitude and the maturity to represent us onsite with clients and at pre-sales meetings.
