A NET Advantage

The latest version of Infragistics NETAdvantage for .NET expands its ASP.NET component toolset with WebDataGrid, which enables developers to integrate design-time tools or use its object model to customise layout, behaviour and data display within all applications. New Window Forms features include the ability to export directly to the latest file format for Microsoft Office Excel 2007 (.xlsx) and WinCalcManager to Office Excel 2007. Formula Integration improves interoperability between the controls and those of Excel 2007. The Excel libraries can now pull data from Excel 2007 and translate the formulas as a formula value instead of a text string.

The WPF toolset also has enhancements. Navigation Bar control adds navigation to WPF applications and printing support has been added for xamDataGrid, which now offers end-user column customisation and a persistence mechanism giving end-users a potential custom experience with the grid.

Infragistics also has three new CTP User Interface (UI) components for Microsoft Silverlight. The new Map, Timeline and Zoombar are part of NetAdvantage for Silverlight Data Visualization which already has Chart and Gauge CTPs.
