  ok i've just installed my new hard disk (hehe they gave me an 80gig and i only ordered a 60gig!) so i'm setting everything up again etc. etc.
  

  
  just tried to install PHP onto IIS, and i get this error right at the end of the PHP setup:
  
  i tried removing IIS completely, reinstalling it, then installing PHP but it still says it
  

  
  and when i go to http://localhost/hello.php it prompts me to download the alien file

  [1]Edit: ahh just managed to get it to install error-free by finding that file off my old hard disk and putting it in System32 and PHP now works.... but that seems kinda like, dodgy man, waaaayyy farrr out man as Chris would say why'd it happen? hmmm computers.............[/1]
