AGILE 101
Come and join us for an informal introduction to agile project delivery.
With a few slides, anecdotes and artefacts we'll cover:
1. the agile manifesto, why it should be your primary reference
2. good litmus tests to measure a project's agility
3. ideas on what to bite off first, if you're in the driver's seat
4. the importance of analysis and scope breakdown .. and whatever you'd like us to discuss (on this general topic area).
Although we will touch briefly on Scrum, Kanban and XP, this is not designed as a training course in any of these. They will not be the focus of our discussion. You should expect to leave with a good framework upon which to further evaluate the aspects of agility relevant to your role. OPEN
INVITATION TO BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS
If you know of any business people (non-IT) who are interested - please invite them along. They will find this a useful and independent introduction without the jargon.
