Pretty much the opposite of Agile 101.A sharing session of more edgy and obscure Agile ideas and practices that you are actually using or you did use with your teams that may find useful.We will welcome everyone from 5:30 and kick off at 5:45.-First part to identify some practices and tricks we want to share.-Second part to work as small group on the idea through short iterations.-Third part on presenting to the crowd as lightning talks (5 minutes) + discussion

Agile 101

A year ago we held our first 'Agile 101', the plan was to hold it every few months but it never happened. So on it's first anniversary we are setting up a recurring meeting (3 a year) for those interested in an introduction to Agile. If we get enough people interested each time we plan on doing the session then we will set a location and a presenter.Note: This is in addition to the usually monthly meetup.Here is the original description of the session.AGILE 101

We have been having this MeetUp for a while but haven't been listing it on the group page, but this year we want to be more open and let new people come along if they are interested.The basic idea is: each month the group picks a book to read, everyone goes off and reads it during the month and then we get together to discuss it, rinse and repeat. Normally each meetup last for about an hour.If you know a good Agile/Lean/Scrum/Kanban.

Mini Meetup : Agile Is As Agile Does

As an experiment we want to try some different formats for our meetings, one idea is to hold "mini" meetups where we limit the session to 30 mins. Here is our first one, it would finish at 6:30. (15 mins socialising then 20 min talk, 10 min questions)Note: we will still be holding our monthly longer meetups, this is in addition to that.Here is the topic for our first 'mini' meetup.
