THEMING/WEB DESIGN - HOW DO I MAKE MY DRUPAL SITE LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THAT PHOTOSHOP DESIGN FILE?
Audience
This talk is more of a "CSS design techniques" presentation and will not cover how to put together a Drupal theme. In fact, apart from using the HTML, classes and identifiers printed by Drupal code, the presentation will not touch upon any part of Drupal, so you can come, learn and take back useful advise even if you are a WordPress, Joomla! or general HTML developer.
Summary
By popular demand, we will have a talk/'hands-on demo' at the September meetup, where you can learn strategies for how to start off with a regular theme and then customize or sub-theme it to match with your desired design.
Some knowledge about HTML and CSS is recommended, and although the principles of the CSS cascade and CSS selectors will be discussed, some knowledge will help you follow.
Kindly note: When you RSVP, there are some optional questions about your theming/css experience. This information helps plan the talk and make sure it's aligned to cover your level of knowledge, so appreciate your comments when you sign up.
