3 Practices to Help Bootstrap Your Development by Edwardcher

This talk will try to give an introduction about Version Control, Unit Testing & Automation concepts. It will provide a high-level orientation how to use these practices alone or together with the team. But if your already doing Agile you should already have them by default so attending it can be seen as a refresher. The talk should further induce the fact that releasing production ready-software requires more skills and knowledge that are not only related to Programming.

The concepts discussed here shouldn't be binded to any specific Agile Methodology because in reality these practices can exist with out applying all the glories of XP, Lean, or Scrum. You just need to have a pragmatic prespective and take what works.
