Speaker 1:

Jason Kaczor is a SharePoint MVP and an independent consultant specializing in SharePoint and .NET technologies; architecture, design, governance, operations, training as well as custom solutions & applications. He has been providing technical solutions to business problems for 20 years; covering nearly all industry sectors.

Formerly a Premier Field Engineer/Rapid Response Engineer for Microsoft Canada, he provided SharePoint and .NET expertise worldwide. While at Microsoft he was involved in several unique initiatives, including; Bad Guy Patrol and the Child Exploitation Tracking System (CETS). He has always been involved in user group and community-based initiatives, most recently a co-founder of the Calgary SharePoint User Group (CalSPUG). Jason has been a featured speaker at Microsoft TechDays 2011 (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal), 2010 (Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary) & 2009 (Calgary), Microsoft/DevTeach Improving Developer Productivity with SharePoint 2010 and Visual Studio 2010 (Calgary, Edmonton), SharePoint Summit 2010 (Montreal). Jason is available to speak to user groups across Canada; including Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto, Montreal and Halifax.

For fun he does the typical “old-school” geeky/nerdy activities and is trying to convince his kids that programming is “cool”.
