See the differences between .net and WinRT and how to port your code!

While adopting Windows 8, you might run into scenarios where you want to re-use existing .net code in Windows 8 class libraries. When doing so, you'll soon run into problems associated with differences in class library profiles.
Come to our meeting and not only will you see the differences between .net and WinRT and how to port your code, but more specifically, you'll see examples of how the type system, reflection, collections, threading and more will require modifications in your code to run in Windows 8.
After Joe's talk, you'll have the knowledge that will help you effectively convert your code to run on Windows 8.
