My experience with retrospectives is that they become stale after a few sprints if limited to Went Well, Do Differently, etc. Fortunately other games are available to make retrospectives more fun and therefore more effective again. ESVP, Triple Nickles and SMART are some examples that we can share and experience first hand so you can decide what to do in your next retrospective!

Come along to have some fun and interact with this style of learning/teaching. Please refresh your RSVP based on the announced date of the Wednesday 25th July (next Wednesday) at QUT. I hope to see you there.
