Abstract As technologists we not only need to understand how a technology works, but also how it can add value to a business. Enthusiasm for the cloud is great but it alone will not lead to widespread adoption. In this talk we will discuss why organizations would benefit by leveraging the cloud, and cover strategies for persuading key decision makers.
Bio: Josh Harrison is an executive in the IT consulting industry where he has advised clients for the last decade on business and software development challenges. He is part of Improving Enterprises, a firm that is bringing together some of Columbus?s most talented leaders in the software development community. His role at Improving Enterprises includes strategy, project leadership, business development, and talent acquisition.
