We're excited to announce SF JS #9.
The event will have plenty of space, tons of seating, and an awesome speaker lineup (including someone from MongoDB coming all the way from New York to talk about JS integration). Tasty food and drink will be sponsored by the Mainz Brady Group and, as always, it should be a lot of fun. I wanted to get the word out early before people head off for the break, but don't forget about us over the Holidays!
A couple very important points for this meetup:
1) Doors open at 6, talks start around 615, and we'll break out into networking and hanging out around 730 or 8.
2) You will need to RSVP + show ID at the front desk just so CBS knows who's in their building. This means no +1's and guests should sign up individually.
3) We've got 1 or 2 speaking slots left, so if you have something cool to talk about, send me a meetup message or email.
4) MongoDB wants to do a short focus group after the meetup with server-side JS folks to get feedback around the direction of the project and to figure out what JS hackers want. Again, send me a meetup message or email if you're interested.
That's it. Keeping it simple as always. We look forward to seeing you there!
Happy Holidays!
