Wireframing and planning is overlooked, if not under-utilized, by most designer and developers. It is a crucial tool for visualizing usage flow of a website. It can save countless hours of tooling because it can show the client what tools are useful and what tools aren't.
This will be a planning,Information Architecture and User Experience talk. One of the problems we often see from designers and developers alike are they try to jump in before spending adequate planning. This will be a nice roundtable event where people could share their experience and offer tips. It would also give people a chance to interact with other group members. This could talk about IA, UX, UML, etc. A moderator could be appointed to keep things moving. It would be nice to focus on less on a specific tech and more on the general process.
