This session will look at concrete ways to maximize fidelity in product delivery against user requirements using Agile Methodologies and a SharePoint SDLC. Methods to increase user adoption across organizational requirements are not just for the UX or PM team but are a reality for developers in collaborative technologies. Case studies of hands on labs, communications plans, and user stories tailored for developers will take you from code to product delivery for rapid implementations and rollouts of successful SharePoint 2007 and 2010 implementations regardless of project scope.

Michelle has over 15 years experience in IT, project management, healthcare and R&D and specializes in Health 2.0 and Government 2.0 solutions in the federal space and is currently SharePoint Architect and Practice Lead at BroadPoint Technologies www.broadpoint.net.
