I would like to announce that we will be having our fourth Scrum Bangalore User Group event on the 19 February'2011 at the Ramada Hotel. I would like the participation of all the group members of Scrum Bangalore to make this event a success and a fun filled one. We will have advanced talks on distributed scrum development and agile games to find and solve issues in dysfunctional teams.

Rini van Solingen is appointed as a professor on the subject of Globally Distributed Software Engineering at Delft University of Technology,Netherlands. Furthermore, Rini is Chief Technology Officer at iSense Prowareness.Rini is an expert in industrial product-, process and performance improvement of software and systems development. Especially in contexts with (globally) distributed development teams. He is also the author of the book " The Power of Scrum" one of the most successful Agile books of our times.

I would like to thank Rini van Solingen for flying down from the Netherlands to speak at our meetup.
